Auto Assault: New Build Update from Zzyn

AA Associate Producer Zzyn posted another exciting update on the official boards, revealing more info about the new Race mode:

Heya Folks!

I thought I'd drop in and give you an update on the upcoming build. I'm happy to say we are getting much closer to a PTS candidate. There are only a few items left that QA must see resolved before we can push it out to be looked at by everyone.

The races are a ton of fun. In addition to the 'instant race' button, there is also a new option in the 'advanced' tab for arenas. This new option allows for you to select 1v1v1, or 1v1v1v1 as your preferred match size. This function works in both deathmatch and racing (both also selectable in the advanced tab).

We ran another 1v1v1v1 deathmatch arena today, and the free for all feeling of it was grand. Ah, viceral death. :-P

I look forward to being able to put this build in your hands, and hope to have it out there soon. Thanks for hanging in there folks! Good things are on the way!

Oh and keep your eyes peeled; there might be some screenies showing up here and there very soon.
