Dark Age Of Camelot: ToA Client and Sound Changes

Guess the old dogs don't like new tricks!

Couple more quick notes. To take advantage of these changes you will need to log out and grab a quick 6mb patch.

- The issue causing the ToA client to crash has been fixed.

- Due to overwhelming feedback, we have reverted back to the old spell sound effects.
