Vanguard: News roundup: official forum rules, mergers, brotherhood system

There were a few new posts up on Vanguard Players today.

- The first was an announcement that fellowships will be ready for testing on the test server soon, but they have been renamed to 'brotherhoods'.

- The third was a post from David Glibertson which announced their plans for the near future with Vanguard, including server merges - details will follow within the next few days.

- Finally while this news is more recent than the others, SOE is taking screenshots submitted by players.
