Lord Of The Rings Online: Having trouble chatting?

If you're having trouble chatting in-game, you're not alone. Occasionally. Patience had this to say tonight:

Hey guys,

This has been escalated to the engineering team, and we're trying to gather data to see if it will clue us in to what's going on. The fact that it's intermittent and inconsistent doesn't help.

If you can't connect to a chat channel, please use /bug to file a bug report. If there's anything you can think of in the way of consistent behavior, please include this information - for instance, is it only a certain character or server? Is it only certain channels or certain regions? Do you get any specific error messages? When did the problem start?

Any information you can offer will help us pinpoint the cause. Thanks!
