According to GamePolitics, the British Board of Film Classification has refused to rate Rockstar and Take-Two's upcoming Manhunt II video game. The move means that in essence, the game has been banned in Britain. Manhunt II is about stalking and graphically killing enemies and unlike its predecessor, the Wii version actually asks the player to preform the motions themselves.
While I do not think any government should be allowed to ban a video game, the level to which Rockstar took this game made moves like this easy and predictable and gave the gaming industry another black eye. You can read our op. ed. on the subject here.

Citing "unrelenting focus on stalking and brutal slaying," the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) has refused to rate the ultra-violent sequel, effectively banning it from U.K. shores.
