Asheron's Call - Program Manager - Game

Program Manager for games unit. Must have playing experience with Asheron's Call. Monitors program from project initiation through delivery, interfacing with client on technical matters. Creates the functional specification that will be used as a tool in making decisions as to how the product or service will be implemented. Develops relationship with Product Manager and provides technical and analytical information to that individual. Organizes cross functional activities ensuring completion of the program on schedule and within budget constraints. Creates and maintains program schedules.

Requirements:
Skills Required: 1-2 years work related experience with project management and/or software design and development required. Ability to work within a budget and direct day to day activities of a program. Strong technical skills in the area of developing and testing software products required. Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills required. Must have the ability to think strategically. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. May require specialized knowledge as defined by
project. Bachelors degree in a related field preferred.
