Final Fantasy: Temporary Suspension of the World Transfer Service (Jun. 23)

We have confirmed an issue with the World Transfer Service that can cause characters to not be correctly transferred. We have also confirmed due to this issue that there are cases where new characters may not be created. For these reasons, we are temporarily suspending the World Transfer Service.

Currently, we are investigating to find the cause of the issue and working to correct it. New updates will follow as additional information becomes available.

If you had an issue with the World Transfer Service, we ask you to please contact a Game Master (GM) or the Information Center after the service has been reinstated to complete the transfer.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and ask for your cooperation in this matter.
