We would like to inform you of our most current update with the temporary suspension of the world transfer service.

Currently, our technicians are still working to fully address the issue. However, the recovery operation may require additional time, and we do not have an estimate completion time at this time. We will announce another update regarding the status of the recovery operation on Jun. 24, 20:00 (PDT).

If you had an issue with the World Transfer Service, we ask you to please contact a Game Master (GM) or the Information Center after the service has been reinstated to complete the transfer.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and ask for your cooperation in this matter.
