Somewhere on Corellia...
Kylaena looked upward and saw the amazing display of lights in the sky as revelers launched fireworks in celebration of Empire Day. It was a rather large variety of displays from red to gold to blue and every color in-between. Her eyes traced the streamer of a fresh launch which exploded high in the sky in a vibrant violet ring that looked as if it would extend to the edge of the atmosphere. This was the final day of the celebration that marks the abolishment of the Jedi Council, and the republic, as well as the rise of the Emperor to power; Bringing the new "peace" and order to the galaxy.
Her eyes drifted down with a reminder of the cost, across the river lay a battlefield with countless battered debris. The rebellion, or the Alliance as they like to call themselves have sworn to end the tyranny of this Empire -- stating that they will free us from his oppressive Sith ways. It's all too confusing she thinks as she stares up once again....
Celebration or defeat she still had to make dinner....
Fireworks shows are a fun addition to any celebration! Making special occasions even more special, fireworks bring an extra special touch to weddings, parties and events of all kinds! To help you make a great impression at your next event, we have some tips for shooting off fireworks and even setting up your own firework shows!
There are eight fireworks available for fun and celebration. Anyone can purchase fireworks in-game on the bazaar (under the category Generic>Fireworks) or can visit with their friendly neighborhood Trader and ask to have some crafted.
Shooting Fireworks

Fireworks and Show Packages are launched by:
- Putting the firework in your inventory (and not inside another pouch or other container).
- Double-clicking the firework of choice while it's in your inventory (anyplace outdoors).
- Clicking on the firework of choice in your inventory and selecting Launch from the radial menu (press "~" to get your radial menu options).

If you are planning a really big show, you can set up several rows of Show Packages on your toolbar and launch them in sequence.
A long fireworks display is the perfect way to end your next party or event!
Fireworks Show Packages
Fireworks can certainly be used one at a time, but you can also combine the eight types of fireworks to create Show Packages. Show Packages make it easy to set off grand displays.
Setting up your Firework Show Package
All you need to do is:
" Have the Show Package and the individual fireworks in your inventory (uncrated).
" Right click on the Show Package and from the radial menu, select Show Data.
" Next, select Add Event to add your individual fireworks to the show package.

" After that, you will get a popup window.
" In the pop-up window, you may add fireworks from your inventory to add to the show.

VOILA!
This will add one charge of the firework to your show. You may also Remove Events from the show through the radial menu.

Everyone also has even more options under Show Data to arrange and re-arrange the order of the fireworks ( Modify Events ) in their Show Package.

Trader Tips
- All Traders begin learning to make Fireworks in the first box of their profession. Fireworks and Show Packages may be created individually when using a Generic Crafting Tool.
- A factory used schematic for them may be made using a Weapon, Droid and General crafting tool, Weapon, Droid and General crafting station and then used in an Equipment factory to create factory crates of fireworks.

Show Package Firework
Firework or Show Package resource requirements:
- 6 units of Mineral for the Canister
- 4 units of Chemical for the Booster Charge
- 2 units of Chemical for the Burster Charge
- 2 units of Gas for the Effect-Generator
The Overall Quality of the resources used determines the Experimental Effectiveness for the number of charges in each firework. So, with experimentation and better resources, you can make more firework charges.
