Asherons Call: QotD - Is It Time To Allow The Sellback Of Racial Skills?

Recently there has been some debate as to the equality of the racial skills. Many say that it is unfair for Gharu'ndims to get a free tinker skill, while the Aluvians get the weakest weapon skill in the game, along with Assess Person (One of the most useless skills, in the game). Others complain that it is unfair for the Sho to get unarmed combat for free, which is the strongest of the three racial weapon skills. What is your take? Should the devs change the racial skills? Should we be able to sell-back racial skills for credits, or should they be removed alltogether?
