Asherons Call: Changes on the Way!

This week, on or around August 1, WCoD will receive a much needed facelift. There's a lot of work behind the scenes that's been going on, and will still be going on after the switch. In the same way that AC has been dealing with legacy code, so have we here at WarCry's Crossroads of Dereth.
Our new shiny site will be much easier for us to update, allowing us to continue to bring you the best in game related material!

The forums will be reorganized to be a bit more inline with current WarCry standards:
- Site Announcements (new forum)
- General Discussion (AC Discussions, The Arcanum, AC Support & Issues, TPP, and all the other servers except DT)
- Hall of Lore (same as before)
- PvP (formerly Darktide)
- Off-Topic Discussions (This is the WarCry-wide discussion forum)
Several sections still need some manual conversion, so you'll find some of the old data not present, and we're also taking the time to update some of the old pages to be a bit more spiffier. I think you'll find the lore section dramatically changed, but much easier to find things, and I think you'll really like the 'multimedia section'!
We're also changing the "Patch Tree" or "Event Tree", so it should be easier for you to make submissions into the correct categories, and quicker for us to review and release your submissions!
As noted before, we're still working on the site, so may find missing pages, dead links, weird placeholder links, missing images. Bear with us, and drop us a line if you do find something out of place.
We're really excited about the changes (well, I am - the rest of the staff is really quiet about them), and we look forward to being about to keep the site updated quickly, and provide you with the information you use to enjoy Asheron's Call!
