Eve Online: EVE TV Episode 6

| 4 Aug 2007 19:22

EVE TV Episode 6 is up for your viewing pleasure this week.

This week, a number of topics were discussed as a more normal format was resumed. Amongst these topics included a number of changes to EVE, including NOS geting nerfed in the next patch and some of the controversy following, and the changes to Khanid ships to being missile focused.

Along with the changes, several events were covered, including the EVE Races, which will include single ship races through high sec empire. Some time was also given to the battle ranges in Omist.

In a lighthearted news blurb, Peter Powers, a player who accidentally warpped into high sec as an outlaw, made a daring escape as friends supplied him with constant cap chargers as he fled towards a stargate at 10m/s as faction ships webbed him.

EUR pays a visit to EVE TV, which is now broadly focused across multiple games. EVE Tribune, an EVE Zine, is talked about as well.

The Player, Light Darkness, is profiled on the show with his alliance, Veritas Immortals.

Farjung is back in the studio once again to talk about 0.0. This time he talks about conflicts in the north.

The Ship profile is back, this week with the Drake. Missiles have also heavily expanded upon with their pros and cons and a look at the difference between its original concept and the current Drake. Different tanking setups are also looked at.

The Lead Game Designer of the EVE CCG game is in the studio today to talk about the game while playing Jenga.
