Italian fansite Le Cronache di Neverwinter has posted a massive interview with members of the Obsidian Entertainment team. Rather than specifically and exclusively focusing on NWN 2 or Mask of the Betrayer, the interviews spend time with each developer on a more personal level. Complete with photos of each interviewee, the articles come in both Italian and English:
4) What kind of reading do you like?
Feargus Urquhart: I read a fair number of business and management books, however I read a ton of Sci-Fi / Fantasy books as well. When I was about 10, I started reading the Lord of the Rings and then branched out into the Pern (Dragonrider) books by Anne McCaffrey and the Xanth books by Piers Anthony. Lately I've been reading the Honor Harington series by David Weber, The Sword of Truth novels by Terry Goodkind and the Quickening series by Fiona McIntosh.
Moving on to Josh Sawyer:
2) What kind of music do you like?
Josh Sawyer: I think it might be easier to list my favorite performers/groups: Björk, Joanna Newsom, PJ Harvey, Goldfrapp, Amon Tobin, Feist, Phil Ochs, Erykah Badu, Cat Power, and Mogwai are in constant rotation. I've been listening to Amon Tobin's album The Foley Room all week. He does a lot of interesting stuff with "found sounds". My favorite track is Esther's. See if you can figure out why.
The interviewees also include Chris Avellone, Adam Brenneke, Kevin Saunders, Nathaniel Chapman, Rob McGinnis, Rich Taylor and Annie Carlson.
