Asherons Call: Asheron's Call Servers Down and Back Up!

As of 2:45 ET, all of the game servers were taken down after several worlds were experiencing problems. As of now, the game servers are still down. The last update we had from Frelorn (who's still holed up at PAX) was:

Again folks, we understand your frustration with what is happening. If this was something easy, or something that we have dealt with before, it would be fixed by now. Our Operations team is working with onsite techs trying to get this resolved. We are also getting everything squared away so one of our Operations managers can fly out to the server farm and do some more hands on work.

Everybody here at Turbine is doing everything within their power to get this issue resolved. Getting upset with us, yelling at us, or making threats is not going to get things fixed any faster.

As we learn more, someone will post the updates. In the meantime, we appreciate your understanding, while we work through this.

I give them credit for doing what they can to bring the servers back up. In the meantime, feel free to watch a movie or two in our library!

As soon as we know more about the state of the game, we'll let you know!
