Final Fantasy: Fan Festival 2007 In-Game Item Announced: Nomad Cap!

Just like last year, this year's Fan Festival will be giving away a special in-game item to those who attends it. The attendees will be receiving the Nomad's Cap. What exactly it does, we'll let you find out for yourself.
