City of Heroes Character Transfer Should Go Live Today

Lighthouse, the Community Manager for City of Heroes posted in the official forums about this long awaited feature for COH.

Our apologies for these extended maintenance periods. In this process, we are freeing up millions of character names. At the end of this process, if everything proceeds according to plan, we will be enabling the Character Transfer and Character Rename features.
