Star Wars Galaxies: Game Updates for 7-18-03

A few things where changed today:

July 18th
[LI]Adjusted resource pools on Lowca and Radiant to be more reasonable.
[LI]Improved server stability.

Hopefully the servers will truely be more stable now. Having starsider down for multiple hours a day is getting to me :p.
