Asherons Call: Solclaim Monarchy Council

Sakura Doku posted on the Solclaim board about a new council of monarchies they are trying to establish on that server. Apparently this would follow the form of the Morningthaw monarchy council and would discuss issues facing the server, such as scheduling of quests and the like.
