Horizons: The Next Ask AE

Lepidus, over at Horizons Vault just informed us that he has a new Ask AE up! This July 2003 edition of the Ask AE, with David Bowman the Creative Director of Horizons, answers many questions that have been brought up in the past, and even answers and solidifies much about Beta III. Here's a snippet of the Beta question that you all have been wanting to hear:

Since the second shard has been in place, we've been testing our server code and have been able to discover several key issues that impacted stability. Those issues have been corrected as of the writing of this answer and we are beginning the distribution of the next round of Beta III CDs. An additional group of Beta III participants will be selected and notified. They may or may not immediately be mailed CDs. If we need to wait to make changes to the servers, we will. This cycle will continue until our goals for Beta III are met.
