Where in the real life world do you live? I move around a lot being part of a military family. Sometimes more than once a year. >.< Currently I am living in South Carolina while my husband does his second tour in Iraq. Who knows where I'll end up next. :)

How long have you played Star Wars Galaxies? I have been playing since August 2003.

What other MMOs have you played? I am pretty much a MMO noob. I played WWII Online for a couple of weeks before SWG came out, then got hooked on SWG. I have tried Guild Wars but that doesnt hold my interest for long. SWG has been my main game for 4 years and I play Second Life now as well. There is just something about being able to help real world charities like American Cancer Society while playing a computer game that keeps me going back to that one. :)

What type of work do you do?I own my own business, am a stay at home mom, and work helping many charities all at the same time pretty much. I love being my own boss and love the flexibility working from my home allows me. Choosing to be a stay at home mom has been one of the most rewarding decisions I have ever made. I love being able to take my children to school every day and being the one that picks them up and gets to hear first how great their days were. I can't say I miss working for someone else and by someone else's rules. I make my own hours and do something I actually enjoy! :)

How long is your typical gaming session when playing Star Wars Galaxies? It depends on the day and how much time I can steal away. My real life is rather busy and hectic. Sometimes I can only steal away for 15-20 mintues and other times I can get an hour or two in. On a very good day I can pull a few hours, but it is sometimes broken into chunks.

What does a typical Star Wars Galaxies day consist of for you? That depends on who sees me log in! LOL. I usually spend most of my time online helping others. Whether it be helping people run quests, helping with role-playing, getting them geared up, or just offering advice and any knowledge I have. When I am not busy doing all that I can be found running 2 guilds, making sure my RP town is doing okay, checking my mall/vendors, running around making necessary trades/sales, or out trying to obtain some item or another for my museum. When I am very lucky and get a quiet moment I can be found in my museum working hard trying to bring something worthwhile and enjoyable to the community for years to come.

What was the race and profession of your very first character? Avera was my very first char. Human female and her first profession ever was artisan.

What got you into gaming and what sort of games do you like the most? I honestly had never played computer games until my husband let me play WWII Online with him a few weeks before we found out about SWG. So I guess he is the one that got me into gaming. He created a monster! I haven't played very many games so I am not sure what all I like best. I guess MMO's in general since you can meet and see such a large variety of people. Having such a varied community makes games fun for me.

What other hobbies or activities do you take part in, other then playing Star Wars Galaxies? I absolutely love collecting (everything from fine crystal to action figures). I really love art and writing and can usually be doing one or the other whenever I find a free minute. I also enjoy shopping, spending quiet time reading, and just overall spending time with my family.

What is your highest character level in Star Wars Galaxies? Level 90

What race and profession is your main character? My main char is my original char Avera. She is a human Elder Jedi.

What do you like the most about the profession you have chosen for your main character? I dont know what I like best about Jedi... it just works for me. I don't pay attention to all the squabbles I often see about overpowered this and overpowered that. All I know is that when I became a Jedi... it fit. I made it ME. And it has fit ever since.

What faction is your main character? I am a Rebel.

What is your favorite player owned ship? You know, I really dont know. >.< Space isn't a part of the game I have had the chance to explore a lot. When I do get to go up I am always in awe and really haven't NOT liked any ship I have been on. Anything that can give me a nice view of planets and other wonderful detail in space is okay with me. :)

What is your favorite ground vehicle? I'd have to say the Command Barc, although I really like the AV-21 as well.

How did you choose your main character's name? My character's name is actually computer generated. I just kept going through the list until I found two names that sounded okay together and weren't impossible to spell or remember.

Which current professions in Star Wars Galaxies have you NOT played? Although I think I may have respec'ed one of my lvl 80 alts through a few of the professions, I haven't wholeheartedly played very many of them. Just Jedi, entertainer, and some Beast Master. I don't think I tried officer, spy, or medic at all. Not even half heartedly.

What is your favorite expansion? I would have to say Rage of the Wookiees. I really enjoyed getting lost with friends down in some of the trails there on Kashyyyk. The scenery was nice and I enjoyed a lot of the quests, quest rewards, and the instances at Necro.

What is your favorite planet? Yavin. I just love exploring and wandering around on that planet. It always seems so vast and deserted. Some areas are beautiful and peaceful while others seem eerie and inspire awe. There is so much to see and explore there.

What is your favorite NPC? I really love the random Gungans in game. For major characters though, I'd have to say Han Solo or Darth Vader.

Which expansion do you like the least? Hmm, that is a tough one. I really like them all. I guess I'd say JTL although I really love space. It is just that I don't get up to space as much as I get to Kash or Musty. >.<

Which planet do you like the least? Probably Rori because it is such a pain to build there.

Which NPC do you like the least? Luke. I can't stand how he looks and acts in game. I am a Rebel and when I see him I want to smack him. :( At least Vader gets out there and talks big; Luke doesn't really do much. He is less impressive than a broken brick.

What is the most credits you have ever spent on purchasing a single item for one of your characters? 800 million. I bought 2 of my Nightsister bracers for 800 million each.

Do you have an item you no longer use but keep around for nostalgic reasons? If so what is it and why do you keep it? My first real pet in game. The very first creature handler I met in game gave me his own favorite pet, "Knives". I have kept that big ole kitty for 4 years as a memory of my first CH pet in game.

What do you like best about Star Wars Galaxies? What I like best is also what I sometimes like least about SWG. That is the community. There is often so much petty drama (especially on my server lol) but you have to look past all that and realise that they are your 'family'.  You just have some siblings you really like and some you don't get along so well with. You have amazing times and some not so amazing times but all in all they are what makes it worth playing. Take any of those people away and the family won't be the same. They all just fit. :)

What do you get out of playing Star Wars Galaxies? Besides just having fun and getting the chance to relax while playing, I get a feeling of accomplishment when I play SWG. I am usually helping people in some way, shape, or form when I am online and that makes me happy. It is what I enjoy the most. Knowing that I am not just sitting around at a computer playing games and being lazy... that I am actually contributing to the community and helping people, no matter how big or how small that contribution may be. [p]Describe your best experience playing Star Wars Galaxies. I have had many wonderful experiences in SWG in my fours years but I'd have to say I had the most fun when I was with my best friend and guild's co-leader Hawkinson. We would sit for hours and come up with ideas for the guild, ideas for TCB roleplay plots and the RP city we built together, and so much more. We were always scheming up some sort of mischief and fun! :)
