Pirates Of The Burning Sea: Wicked Flag Design Contest

A new round of The Wicked Flag Contest has started but before I give out the details first we must talk about last round winners. Cpt. Blackjack 2 and Cortello won last round so everyone give them a hand for their brilliant works.
