Survey: Nearly Half of Canadian Adults Play Games

Nearly half of Canadian adults play video games, according to a recent survey by the Entertainment Software Association of Canada. The report says 47% of Canadian adults played at least one game in the previous four weeks and that the average age of a "gamer" is actually 39 years old.

Video games aren't just for kids anymore, as a survey by the Entertainment Software Association of Canada suggests.

Forty-six per cent of adults played a video game during a four-week period, says the survey of 500 adults and 203 children conducted in June by Ipsos-Reid for the Toronto-based association.
