Crimson_M went so far as to organize the ideas that players created revolving around the dynamic & factional PvP Battle.net thread into the Dynamic PvP Project. It's a pretty complicated idea, and may be too late in WoW's development to effectively implement, but who knows?

Blizzard has to consider future content & expansions and its a pretty interesting read....
