Horizons: The Races of Horizons

IGN's at it again. This time IGN PC has the goods, and it's all about the races. Most of the article is a repeat from information revealed about race history in recent Dev Journals, but David Bowman does give us a few new tidbits:[blockquote]...computer-controlled characters will engage in different dialogues depending upon the race of the player, prices may vary, quests will not necessarily be available from some races of computer-controlled characters, and the cost of services can range dramatically based upon race. Player races can impact the accessibility of specific areas of the world since Gnomes are very small and Half-Giants are not. In addition, the ability to fly can dramatically change access to places in the world.[/blockquote]There are also a few new screenshots of what look to be the different races from the character selection screen.
