Asherons Call: Quest Update - Silk Flags!

Now that we have a Candeth Keep Stamp and a Mite Stamp and a Coat of Arms Stamp (I'm told it exists if only you can kill the Harbinger) - we thought it was time to add the stamps to the Silk Flags quest and clean it up a bit.
