City of Heroes Issue 11: Now Live with Patch Notes!

Issue 11 is now (finally!) on Live servers. After many weeks in testing the new shiny has arrived. So, how about Issue 12?

For those who have been in the dark, Issue 11 brings a lot of new content to the City of franchise. Some notable things include:

* Two Mew Powersets: Dual Blades and Willpower, these are available for all 4 melee ATs (Scrappers/Brutes/Tankers/Stalkers)

* Weapon Customization: You can now change the look of your weapon on any weapon based set, this includes model and color (does not include Fiery Melee/Stone Melee)

* Flashback System: The Ouroboros system allows players to travel back in time to re-do older mission content, you can also set handicaps to the old missions to earn new badges and thus greater replay value. There is also a wealth of new content that pertains to this system including story arcs present in the COH comics.
