City of Heroes Issue 11 Launch Video: Flashbacks

In Issue 11, players gain the ability to "flashback" and participate in historical events from Paragon City and the Rogue Isles. This is the headline feature of the brand new expansion "A Stitch In Time" and to celebrate its launch, NCsoft has released a trailer that shows off the flashback feature.
