As the always informative EU forums tell us: the 2.3.2 PTR has been updated!
Don't let the exclamation point fool you, one of the changes, perhaps the most important, will have resto druids up in arms:
Lifebloom: When this ability is refreshed it will take on the strength of the incoming Lifebloom effect, rather than maintain the existing strength.
What does this mean? Previously, druids were able to pop their +heal trinkets and, as long as they kept their lifebloom ability from actually blooming (or keep it "rolling" as it is popularly known as) the additional +heal would stay in effect. While many just saw this as an unintentional feature of the ability, it seems Blizzard has seen fit to fix it, which may put resto druids and lifebloom back in line with other healers.
Along with this, the damage bonus on Hemorrhage was reduced from 125% to 110% while the added damage debuff was increased, Earth Shield's mana cost was reduced but given a 30 sec cooldown, and the new 5 charge Mana Gems have had their effect reduced.
2.3.2 is shaping up to be quite the influential post-content-patch patch.
