John Scott Tynes, PotBS Producer, wrote up an Open Beta Dev Journal for PotBS Vault talking about the Red Tide mission and how the Dev team has changed it since open beta started.
We logged in and played Red Tide every day for about four days. Each time we'd evaluate how it went, brainstorm what to do next, and then get busy. Gavin worked on the encounter logic and content design, Taelorn built the spawn tables for the enemies and the new boss spawn, Isildur made the new loot that is only available from the Red Tide boss, and DrewC specced out the avatar combat fight.
