Star Wars Galaxies: New fiction: Building the Future!

SWG Warcry contributing writer [font color=lime]Benjymin Lystrata[/font] has submitted the first chapter of his new fanfiction epic, Building the Future, detailing the struggles of a group of Imperial sympathizers to construct their own safe haven in a galaxy becoming increasingly dangerous because of the actions of a growing number of Rebel terrorists. Here's a taste:

He stood, leaning against the wall of the Cantina, peering into the gathering fog of the swamp. Against his back the wall vibrated with the sounds of the local Moenian bands. The sounds were muffled, not only by the walls, but by the very air around the cantina. The swamp fog that periodically rolled into Moenia had that effect. It was much like the effect in your ears when they "pop" at high altitude he thought, absentmindedly putting a finger in his ear.

On a side note, while the story is fictional, it's based on actual ingame events, as [font color=lime]Benjymin[/font] and his crew set out to build a city of their own (at least as much as you can do at the moment).
