There is always trouble and glitches at launch for any MMO game and things are not different for PotBS. It seems that customers are experiencing some difficulties where characters on the Roberts server may have lost some data as a result of a server glitch. This is what the Devs had to say.

If you have experienced a loss of game-play progress, then you are asked to submit a support ticket with detailed information about your situation, and we'll contact you with further instructions.

We'll be updating this information as we know more. Many thanks to everyone for their help and patience while we work to remedy these technical glitches, and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

DevCo is in the building and working to deploy a server-side build to remedy the login issues as reported by our customers so with this new buid things should be better. Hopefully. Keep checking in with Warcry for new information on the new build.
