Stargate Worlds: Cheyenne Welcomes New Staff

Cheyenne Mountain Entertainment welcomed it's two new staff members to the Stargate Worlds team:

StargateWorlds.com welcomes customer care director Wendy Dickerman and engineer David Sauter to the team at Cheyenne Mountain Entertainment!

I'm a veteran MMO programmer hailing back to the days of EverQuest working at Verant Interactive. Since then I've moved across the country twice (California to Virginia, then here to Phoenix) and worked for and with a number of companies - everything from startups to the White House. I've got my Computer Science bachelors from Daniel Webster College and am the father of a pair of wonderful twins (boys, fraternal). I've been in Phoenix since last summer, and while the heat is brutal I like it better than the icy winters of my native New Hampshire.

As the new kid on the block and Director of Customer Care, I will be responsible for creating the customer support strategy. Although the games will be designed exceptionally, in the event customer support is needed, my goal is to provide a great experience for every customer. I've most recently come from Seattle and worked in the .com and telecom worlds of customer experience. I'm excited to be here as a member of the team that is creating something big. If not at work, you can find me on my Harley Fat Boy, cruising our beautiful area or searching for a good IPA.
