Me-What is you hope to accomplish with this event?

Hathor-I hope to get players who normally wouldn't flux to participate. With the 5 days, I'm happy to include pilots who can not attend the traditional North American evening events. With the event being the length it is, it also allows players to participate as little or much as they choose.

Me-How did the event come to be?

Hathor-Fatal Shadows has been having fluxathons within the squadron for a long time. Several months ago we began inviting our allies Eternal Legacy to join. Our latest event was the most successful, in total we killed 15,214 conflux within a week. After TRI Marshalls asked to be invited for the next event, I decided to open it up to the entire server.

Me-Do you have any tips for new players that would like to join, but are afraid of going after bigger flux?

Hathor-All classes of flux in this event are weighed the same. Kill what you feel comfortable going up against. Whether that is c0s-c3s or c14s. Fly first without a whistle and then add one when you feel more comfortable.

Me-How will the flux be counted?

Hathor-The JOSSH stats on individual piolots and for the entire squads.
Pilotstats.net will be handling the leaders and other statistics.

Me-Will you have a Squad for Independent players to join while the event is in progress?

Hathor-If I have enough interested single pilots, I will create a squad for them. Otherwise they'll be asked to team up with one of the squads already signed up.

Me-What are the prizes? And when will it last?

Hathor-The date of the event is August 13th-18th. The event starts and ends at 6am on those dates. For prizes, check out the sign up thread. There's a lot that we're offering

Hathor-Of course! If this event is successful I would be happy to organize more.
