Asherons Call: The Problems on Darktide

Todd Berkebile of Turbine recently posted about the problems Darktide is continuing to experience. The message was longer, as he was responding to a few other posts, but here are the parts specifically relating to the crashes:

...The server crashes on DT are login server crashes caused by some corrupt data. Crashing a login server does nothing to help you dupe, to dupe by crashing a server you need to crash a game server. Intentionally crashing a game server is a bannable offense and I have personally tracked down numerous people responsible for deliberate server crashing (I can't think of a single deliberate server crash in the year plus I've been on the ACLive team where I didn't find out who was causing it). We are current working to correct the issue with the Darktide server and it will be fixed as soon as is conceivable possible.

He didn't say conclusively that these were malicious attacks in the post, if they were though hopefully they have already tracked down those responsible.

Update: ACVault's Eldreth pointed out another post where Todd goes on to say "Ok, with a little bit of luck things on DT should now be stabilized. Resume the slaughter!"

Good news for all Darktide folks!
