Horizons: New General Discussions

I believe it is time for us to make the move to the new forums system. So, we have a brand spanking new General Discussions, using the new forum system. Aside from just being a new forum, the new forums system has many great new features, which I'm sure many of you will enjoy.

These forums are 95% finished, so there may be some bugs. Regardless, they are a giant step up from the old forums that we are currently using, so give the new forum a whirl!
