Star Wars Galaxies: Lack of communication

Board member Manogr today made a post pointing out the lack of communication between the players and developers. Q-3P0 responded explaining who's who on the dev team and telling us that they are in fact working on making communication better.

[LI]Q-3PO: I've been in offsite management meetings for 2 days. Woo-hoo, tons of fun. Ok, I'd much rather be back in the office making posts.
[LI]Holocron: Not fired, just rather busy with executives and other meetings. I don't expect him to get back to the level he was in Beta, which is why we are hiring a new...
Assistant Community Manager: We're bringing somebody new on to give you more direct communication with the designers. Interviewing and finding the right person takes time unfortunately.
[LI]Xahn: Is currently in Austin to have lots of meetings with the designers to get answers for the remaining Correspondent issues. Expect to hear the answers through the Correspondents as we want them to be the focus of information.
[LI]Snaykinn, Jeassa and Quid: All over the forums helping to make it a batter place (by moderating the bad and encouraging the good). Jeassa is currently doing a weekly thread on player run events on each Galaxy forum.
[LI]CSR, TSR and Network Support Team: They post very regularly. I know they aren't "red" named devs, but don't discount them. They have valuable information every day. We're deciding whether to give them their own tracker or just put them in the Dev Tracker.
[LI]Blair, Shug_Ninx, BoShek, JDonham: You'll hear from one or two of these guys a week.
[LI]Vass and Rogue_5: They are directing things on Test Center.

Lets hope that new assistant community manager is hired soon.
