Welcome to my Fourth Event Report!

This report is all about February player-created events. You can read more about Holiday event planning in the Lona's Holiday Events for Dummies.

I have seven events in this report so, without further ado I'll take you to the events in alphabetical order (by server).

Corellia, Vreni Island

Vreni Island Battle - February 9th 2008

Vreni Island Battle was a player created PvP event hosted by Event Promoter, Larce24. The objective was to defend or attack the island, depending on the rounds.

Tatooine, Mos Gamos

The Galactic Sweetheart's Ball - February 10^th 2008

The Galactic Sweetheart's Ball was hosted by Tarqe / Kiage / Marston (TipseyToes) and friends. The Events Manager, Pex, provided static decoration of the Max Rebo band.

There was music, dancing, games, races and role play.

Cantina Crawl 3 : Winter Dance - February 16^th 2008

Elv (Elvorien), Kh'arta and Rinna' (RinaBekai) hosted the Cantina Crawl 3: Winter Dance. Cantina crawl clothes were provided and sold by Astra, Elau, Invictus', Rinna', and Farla.

Static decoration of the Max Rebo band was provided by the Events Manager, Pex.

A Cantina Crawl is a cross-server Entertainer event. Players start the party in a particular cantina at a particular time and travel (crawl) to different locations all over the planet.

Naboo, New Pratia

Tooke Day - February 9^th 2007

Tooke Day was hosted by Treb (Bravo12) and his friends. The event featured hunting, fishing, entertainment, storytelling, and general festivities in the Shadowfire Galaxy.

Hearts and Hunks Ball - February 16^th 2007

Rapture hosted The Hearts and Hunks Ball in the Tuhhaya Casino. This event included entertainment and an player auction.

Naboo, Amidala's Beach

The Dating Game - February 10^th 2008

The Dating Game was hosted by Odessia (RandorResources) and her friend at Amidala's Beach, Naboo. MrHappy came up with the idea.

The event featured a Dating Game Show, which involved two sets of participants. In one set there will be a Bachelor asking 3 eligible Bachelorettes pre-written questions. Their answers and the way they delivered them determined who the Bachelor would choose to go on a date with. The next set involves a Bachelorette asking her set of questions to 3 eligible Bachelors and then choosing her dating partner.




Storyteller props were decorated by Odessia, Sipam, RandyStevens and Richard-.

Dantooine, Phima's Camp

Miss Valcyn - February 9^th 2008

Miss Valcyn was hosted by PhimaKirsto, Carmela, and friends on Dantooine. It is one of the longest lived player events in SWG as it is the 6^thannual Miss Valcyn pageant. The pageant consisted of 3 rounds: Swimwear, Evening wear and a Short interview.

Sipam (sipam_doby) used storyteller props to decorate this stage.




The guildhall furniture were donated by Spacecase.




The winners were announced. Miss Valcyn 2008 is Elishen. First Runner-up is -Dakotah- and Second Runner-up is Jao.
