A post on the LotRO forums indicates that the "Loading Screen Contest" ends tonight, Friday, February 29, 2008:

Hey LOTRO players!

Don't forget that the LOTRO Loading Screen Contest ends at Midnight Eastern Friday (Feb. 29). If you want a chance to have your screen shot considered to be a loading screen, don't forget to enter before the deadline!
