Star Wars Galaxies: SWG Team Profile: Christine "trandoshYar" Chugon

What is your real name? Christine Chugon.

What is your official title/position? I'm an Associate Artist for Star Wars Galaxies.

How long have you been working on Star Wars Galaxies? Since way back in December 2003. I started out in QA, and in September of 2006 I received my current art position.

What profession do you like to play in Star Wars Galaxies? I'm always a fan of pet classes, so Beast Master of course, with a little bit of Commando; the big guns are fun.

What do you enjoy most about your job on SWG, and why? We have a really small art team on SWG, and that's actually a plus -- everyone gets to do a little bit of everything (modeling, animation, 2-D and UI). Because I get so many diverse projects to work on, it helps broaden my knowledge and keep my creativity fresh. Not to mention it's a lot of fun to be able to work in so many ways.

What other types of video games do you enjoy playing?  I'm a big fan of cutesy action-adventure types, Ratchet and Clank, Jak and Daxter, and the old 2-D Sonic the Hedgehog games.

Who is your favorite Star Wars character and why? I would have to go with General Grievous. He has the coolest character design in Star Wars and he was awesome in the animated Clone Wars series. [p]Outside of work, what do you like to do? I'm an artist at heart, so off work, I'm sketching away, sculpting, or socializing and sketching with my artsy friends.
