Star Wars Galaxies: Test Center Update for 8-8-03

Here is todays Test Center Update!

[LI]Fixed a problem where food could sometimes not be eaten.
[LI]Fixed a problem where faction was no longer being given when killing NPCs.
[LI]Loot boxes in caves should now be accessible.
[LI]/Find should now work for basic mission terminals.
[LI]Increased the frequency that locked containers are dropped as loot.
[LI]Fixed a problem where some public buildings were attackable.
[LI]Lowered the XP earned when killing the Tusken King.
[LI]Several fixes for some mission text problems.
