I have uncovered an amazing cache of photographs taken by an anonymous camera wielder that capture the brave crime fighters and evil archvillains of Paragon City at their best and worst respectively. The colorful and decadent pictures depict yet more of the astonishing behavior and bizarre abilities that people around the world have begun to call to mind when they think of our fair city.

The "city of heroes" they've dubbed our metropolis, and this same mysterious They ignores the seedy side of fair Paragon that makes these glorious heroes flock here to prove their mettle. The images given to us today by that intrepid photographer will help to dispel the myth of the "city of heroes" by taking us into the filthy underbelly of crime: the lairs of such archvillains as the insidious Fifth Column...
