Jumpgate Evolution: US- Has Amananth been holding out on TRI?

ISU Pilot FS_Space noticed the new stocks of commodities early in the morning. Seems Aman-201 or another yet unnamed player moved the commodities onto the production level to stimulate FlashFire production. To ISU credit all chemicals were removed and only 500 or so FlashFires were produced. Was Amananth in possession of all the needed commodities to build FlashFires all this time? or was it some other yet unknown force that used its amazing powers to make the commodities appear out of nothing?
