Jumpgate Evolution: US-Where was TRI?

| 17 Aug 2003 04:08

ISU Had given the Anamanth entity an ultimatum 24 hours earlier. Amananth didn't bother to respond and TRI didn't seem to take the threat seriously. Tonight ISU claimed to plant some sort of devices inside the station and had also spent no less then 20 minutes pounding the outside of the station with ion cannons and nuclear missiles. Commander Ridgeway reported that 85 nuclear type missiles were used in the attack. At no time did the Amananth computer system even try to defend itself or TRI come to the stations aid. After the attack was finished XtremePrejudice pilots showed up but there was to few to late. At this time no one from TRI or Amananth has made a statement on why ISU was allowed to just pound the station or if any damage was done.

Commander Ridgeway stated that ISU's goal was to shut down cesium production but was OK with other parts of the station being damaged because of TRI and Amananth not heeding the warning.
