Horizons: Catching Up: Week in Summary

Well folks, it's been an amazing week for Horizons information!

I'd like to give a brief summary of the major events and pieces of information, as well as some little things that didn't get discussed very much. If you've missed anything this week, this should keep you up to date!

Starting Saturday, August 9th (last week, I know - but this is an important one :)), several game sites (Gamespot and EB Games) updated their release dates of Horizons. The new date is October 28th (although, with Artifact Entertainment's stance that they will not release the game until it is finished - this could be pushed back even farther) - thanks to Horizons Vault for pointing this out.

On Monday, August 11th, Horizons Stratics found that was updated with new information in the About Horizons section of the site. More specifically, there is new information on Personal Property, Spell Crafting, Artifacts, and more!

Next up is Tuesday the 12th (for those of us who are chronologically impared), with a plethora of new information! ToTheGame managed to snag several new screenshots, copies of which can be found in our screenshot gallery. betatests.net announced that several recent invitees (I envy all of you, I really do!) did not recieve CD-key's with there acceptance into beta, and that they're looking into it. Also, Horizons Vault released their [A href='http://horizonsvault.ign.com/features/artwork/wallpaper/official/']latest exclusive racial wallpaper[/a] - those short, nerdy, gnomes!

Wednesday, August 13th - nothing here folks, move along.

Now Thursday (the 14th) was a great day! We had an awesome new Q&A with Artifact Entertainment, with piles of information about crafting, prestige schools, and more! You simply must check it out! Cerebus of Call of Fate, released the first article in his column, Here there be dragons! Also, betatests.net posted an update that they fixed the previous CD-key issue. Last and not least, betatests.net was updated to allow European players to sign up for the European beta.

Friday, August 15th has even more information in store for you! Horizons Vault released their latest Ask AE, with David Bowman.

And yesterday for those of you on the east coast, Saturday the 16th. We are pleased to announce that we are moving to a great new forums system, and finally getting rid of the old clunky ones! I'll let you scroll down to read the rest of it :)
