City of Heroes: Issue #13 First Look

IGN PC is now running a brief preview of City of Heroes' Issue #13 from Comic Con '08. The preview mostly mentions that Issue #13 will be including the previously talked bout user created mission system. No screenshots, title, or other information has been announced at this time.
