Asherons Call: Olthoi Queen's Quest is Broken

Ken Karl acknowledged what some seemed to already know, the Olthoi Queen quest is broken.

Yes, it does appear as though we broke something in the evis spraying for the queen's quest. We finally had some time to look into it (as the other problem was just a tad more important).

I am hoping we can have this fixed for May.
