Star Wars Galaxies: All Guilds Disbanned on Chilastra and other problems

It seems they are having problems with disbanded guilds on Chilastra, as Blair has made this post

We are looking into the guild issues on Chilastra. In examining the problem yesterday, it appeared that a server restart would solve the problem. This did not work, and we are continuing to look into the issue.
