Lineage II is Hiring!

The Lineage II North America team is currently looking for in-game customer support representatives in the Glendale, CA and Austin, TX areas. Responsibilities will include testing new game content, establishing in-game policy and assisting remote Customer Support staff with monitoring the game world, investigating player issues, assisting players with technical and gameplay questions and tracking and reporting game related issues. We're looking for strong team players who can work equally well independently. Scheduling flexibility is essential; schedules will include evening, weekend and holiday hours.

Specific requirements for the two locations vary slightly as below.

For positions in Glendale, CA location, requirements include:

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Good customer service skills and ethic.

· Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the field of Online Customer Service.

· Familiarity with PC gaming and multiplayer online gaming including experience with the current generation MMO titles.

· High School diploma or equivalent and 2-5 years experience in customer support; game support, a plus.

· Ability to speak and write fluently in both English and Korean, a plus.

Positions in the Austin, TX location require:

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Good customer service skills and ethic.

· Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the field of Online Customer Service.

· Familiarity with PC gaming and multiplayer online gaming including experience with the current generation MMO titles.

· High School diploma or equivalent and 2-5 years experience in customer support; game support, a plus.
