Jumpgate Evolution: US-The formation of the I.D.C.

The mission of the I.D.C. is to return the Empire of Octavia to a position of preeminence in the galaxy. The I.D.C. operates at the will and whim of the mighty Emperors Clements IV, Septus, and Cineon, against all foes, both foreign and domestic. Those who would bring chaos have enjoyed a free hand for too long now. Today, this ends. Throughout the coming weeks and months, I.D.C. forces will begin enforcing the articles of Imperial Law. Long forgotten, it is through these laws that the internal chaos of Octavia will be cleansed.

The first mission of the I.D.C. is two-part. First, to establish a tactical base of operations at Outpost Station, and to ensure adequate stocks of equipment and commodities for our defensive forces. Secondly, To begin active enforcement of Articles 2, 3, and 4 of Imperial Law see below. As more like-minded Octavians cast off the chains of multi-factionalism, the I.D.C. will phase-in enforcement of all the Articles of Imperial Law. At this time, due to various constraints, we are forced to limit our mission's scope to limited enforcement.
