Cityofheros.com has announced an issue with their support email system. So, if you've sent them questions since last thursday, don't be distressed at the lack of response. They are aware of the problem and are working on it.
We have recently noted and resolved an e-mail issue that was affecting e-mail sent directly to support@cityofheroes.com or support@ncinteractive.com. As a result of this issue, e-mail sent directly to those addresses since Thursday, August 21st, has been queued up and is currently being delivered to our Customer Service Department. If you sent an e-mail directly to these support e-mail addresses after Thursday, August 21st and have not yet received a response, we apologize for the delay and are working to respond to all of the back-queued mail as quickly as possible.
